WARRANTY
This tank carries a __-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects such as:
- Rusting due to material defect
- Leakage due to welding/manufacturing fault
WARRANTY NOT APPLICABLE IF:
- Tank is improperly installed or kept on an uneven surface
- Used for liquids other than potable water
- Exposed to chemicals, acids, salt water, or corrosive substances
- Physically damaged, mishandled, modified, or repaired by unauthorised person
- Damage due to fire, flood, earthquake, or natural calamities
INSTALLATION & USE
- Installation by trained technician only
- Use proper stand/support as per capacity
- Clean periodically using mild detergent only
- Do not place heavy objects on the tank
️ WARRANTY CLAIM
- Warranty valid only with original invoice & this card
- Contact dealer or Durawot customer care
- Company will repair or replace the product after inspection
- Transportation & installation charges not covered
IMPORTANT
- Warranty valid for original purchaser only
- Replaced tank/part covered for remaining warranty period only
- Company decision shall be final
